Dear Principal’s Name,

This letter is a formal complaint about my child’s, Name of Child, sixth-grade teacher, Name of Teacher. It seems to appear that the teacher is not prepared or qualified enough to teach the students at the grade level. I am willing to help my child with his school homework, but I have seen that he never seems to have any homework. Whenever I ask him if we both can go over the daily lessons taught in school he gets confused over the subject matter.

I had made several appointments to talk to teacher about Name of Child, but she always cancelled each meeting. I have visited the school may times and have seen her talking on mobile phone during class time and the students are left unattended.
